Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Shemice's Services Personal & Business LLC We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone's time, please review the following policy: Rescheduling Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to approval based on availability. Cancellations Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any additional fees. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of any deposits or payments already made. No-Shows Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a "No-Show." No-show appointments are non-refundable and may require prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. If a client arrives late, the session may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule. Personal Support & Lifestyle Sessions These services are intended for conversation, encouragement, companionship, accountability, lifestyle support, and general guidance. These services are not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, crisis intervention, or legal advice. If a client is experiencing a mental health emergency or crisis, they should contact 911, 988, or a licensed mental health professional immediately. Right to Refuse Service Shemice's Services reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or discontinue services if interactions become abusive, threatening, discriminatory, inappropriate, or unsafe. Vent Session Guidelines: This is a judgment-free space designed to allow clients to express frustrations, concerns, and emotions in a respectful environment. While clients may speak candidly, threats of violence, harassment, illegal activity, or abusive behavior toward staff will not be permitted.
